VIRGINIA'S BEST
Easily identified by its familiar red and blue checkmark, the Virginia's Finest™ program was first introduced in 1989 to identify, differentiate and promote top quality, Virginia-produced and processed products. Coffee, fresh produce, specialty foods and wines, as well as hams, peanuts, potted plants and Christmas trees, are just a few examples of the Virginia's Finest program's diversity.
While participation in this quality-based trademark program is voluntary and open to all Virginia agricultural producers and food processors, not everyone becomes certified as an official Virginia's Finest vendor. It's a rigorous process and there are specific quality standards established by industry and agricultural groups that vendors must consistently meet.
