TRAINING
We offer free training and educational sessions for customers interested in learning more about coffee and the roasting process.
Our training facility is designed to educate our customers on coffee. Lessons include; the differences inherent to countries of origin, how the coffee is grown, shipped, imported, roasted, packed, and finally the importance of certain factors at the retail level. Factors at the retail level include; keeping the beans fresh and not exposed to the elements, the correct grind for the brewing method, the proper temperature of the water for brewing, keeping the brewed coffee fresh, and cleanliness of the various brewing and espresso equipment.
In addition, we offer the same extensive training for proper espresso extraction, and making espresso based drinks.
