We began in 1994 as Bean East Corporation with the purpose of establishing a production facility that could serve as a wholesale and retail distribution network for top quality gourmet coffee in the United States. We have steadily grown from our beginning as Bean East's roaster to become a respected and sought after supplier of top quality gourmet coffee to the Mid-Atlantic region. In August of 2004, Kiariz Coffee Source moved from Sterling, Virginia to its current location amid the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains in Luray, Virginia.

| A "tradition in coffee" began when the late Ebrahim Moledina, a pioneer from India, settled in Uganda in 1895. There he traded in cotton, sesame seeds, edible beans and, ultimately, coffee. Ebrahim’s son, Hassan E. Moledina, founded Uneximp Ltd., an exporter of east African coffees, in the mid 1950’s. |
