DECAF SUMATRA
Sumatra is the second largest of the Indonesian islands, and along with coffee is known for its rubber, oil and timber exports. Like all of the Indonesian coffees it has a heavy body and can be described as syrupy. Beans from the Mandheling region have been described as the most full-bodied arabica beans in the world.
A heavy bodied, almost chocolatey flavor, with a splendid aroma and a light acidity, is ideal for after dinner.
